Returns, Replacements or Exchanges
OUR TERMS & CONDITIONS
Return & Refund Policy of Roastar Coffee Packaging Australia, if you are not happy with your purchase, we will accept a return of an unused product within 30 days.
Once we receive the returned item Roastar Coffee Packaging will then give a full refund (excluding shipping as we are unable to refund the initial shipping cost of your order IF shipment was applied).
Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed.
Discounted items are not eligible for a return.
Roastar Coffee Packaging will not issue refunds for products purchased through other entities, such as distributors or retail partners.
Returned items must be delivered to us unused, in original packaging and in the condition they were received with the original purchase receipt or may not be eligible for refund or be subject to a restocking fee. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service.
We are unable to issue a refund without an actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery.
We aim to accept all returns. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. All goods will be inspected on return.
Change of Mind Returns
If you purchase the wrong item, we are happy to provide a refund or exchange (excluding shipping) within 14 days of purchase provided that the item(s) are NOT open, used and with the original receipt or order number. For safety reasons and in accordance with Australian consumer law, we are unable to exchange or refund the item if we receive an:
- Open Food Packaging
- If the seal, outer packaging are broken
- Damaged (folded or crushed)
- Damaged by misused
Credits may be allowed at MPM’s discretion only upon the following conditions:
(a) Credit will not be considered unless goods are returned in good condition and freight prepaid.
(b) The original invoice number and date must be quoted.
(c) A full credit may be available only if as well as the above conditions being met, the goods are returned to our store within thirty (30) days of the date of supply.
(d) MPM reserves the right to deduct a re-stocking fee from any credit.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund. As soon as you discover a fault, or if you received an incorrect item, Roastar Coffee Packaging must be notified within 2 business days. Please use the Contact Us form to send us a picture of the item and include a brief description of the fault. Once assessed and approved by our team, and if it is within 30 days from the purchase date, the item is unused, we will refund you (excluding shipment).

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
